• Research and understand customer needs and tailor premium product recommendations to their specific situation
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Perform effective online demos for prospects
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and customer referrals
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors
