Overview of the role: The BD Executive - Industry Partners plays a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing partnerships with educational institutions. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in B2B sales.

Role & responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and qualify potential educational partners (schools, colleges, universities) within the target market.
• Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective partners.
• Negotiate and close deals with educational institutions, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Manage existing partner relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and collaboration.
• Track sales performance against key metrics (e.g., number of leads generated, conversion rates, revenue targets).

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education or related sectors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
• Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
