Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of SAP experience, including 2 to 3 full-cycle implementations with a strong focus on SAP S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), or SAP MM (Materials Management) and be capable of leading projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and migration projects, particularly in S/4 HANA.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and align SAP solutions.

- Oversee SAP PP, SD, and MM modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

- Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure project milestones are met.

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to SAP consultants and team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10-12 years of experience in SAP implementation and project management.

- Minimum 2-3 full-cycle SAP implementations, preferably with SAP S/4 HANA.

- Expertise in SAP PP, SAP SD, or SAP MM modules.

- Strong project management skills, including stakeholder communication and risk management.

- Experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies for SAP project execution.

- Ability to drive business process improvements through SAP solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
