Job Title: B2B Sales Manager Online Degree Program
Location: Dhanbad

Our mission is to make quality education accessible to learners across the country, and we are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to help us expand our reach by partnering with computer institutes, consultants, and affiliates.

Job Summary:
As the B2B Sales Manager for our Online Degree Program, you will be responsible for driving the sales process through external partnerships. This includes reaching out to, building relationships with, and onboarding computer institutes, educational consultants, and affiliate partners across India to sell our online degree programs. You will play a key role in expanding our partner network, generating sales through partner channels, and ensuring that both the partner and student experience is top-notch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Acquisition & Relationship Building: Identify, approach, and establish long-term relationships with potential partner organizations such as computer institutes, education consultants, and affiliate partners.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide partners with the necessary resources, training, and support to effectively sell our online degree programs, ensuring they fully understand the offerings and benefits.
  • Sales Targets & Performance: Manage and meet sales targets through the partner network, tracking performance metrics and providing regular reports to management.
  • Contract Negotiation & Onboarding: Lead the negotiation of partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and a smooth onboarding process for new partners.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about the latest trends in online education and the competitive landscape to proactively identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement joint promotional campaigns, events, and marketing materials to drive sales through partner channels.
  • Training & Support: Offer ongoing training, support, and guidance to partners to ensure they remain engaged and effective in driving sales.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of partner activities and sales pipeline. Regularly report on the performance of the partner network and suggest improvements.
  • Customer Success Focus: Ensure that partners deliver excellent customer service and that students enrolling via partners have a smooth and positive experience throughout their academic journey.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus).
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development preferred ( Fresher can also apply )
  • Strong understanding of the online education industry and its dynamics.
  • Proven track record in building and managing partner relationships, ideally within a sales-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working with educational institutes, consultants, or affiliate marketing networks.
  • Strong networking capabilities and ability to establish rapport with key decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools to support partner engagement.
