HR Executive - Attendance Management

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage attendance and leave records for employees.
  
• Process payroll accurately and on time.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR administration.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data and information.
  
• Provide support in recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, etc.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in HR generalist role or similar field.
  
• Proficiency in attendance management systems ( Excel , Software)

• Ready to extend work time if required.
  
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations regarding employment practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to maintain confidentiality when required.
