Urgent Requirement- Process Trainer Asst. Manager L&D

Job Purpose:

To design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for health insurance processes within the organization. The role ensures that employees are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to excel in their roles and drive operational excellence.

Role & responsibilities

1. Training Design and Delivery

• Develop and deliver process-specific training modules for new joiners and existing employees.
• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, guides, and assessments, tailored to the health insurance TPA industry.
• Conduct process orientation sessions for new employees and refresher training for tenured employees.

2. Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

• Collaborate with team leaders, managers, and quality teams to identify learning gaps and skill enhancement requirements.
• Design customized interventions based on operational feedback and performance metrics.

3. Monitoring and Evaluation

• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through tests, feedback, and on-the-job performance.
• Maintain and analyze training records to measure the impact on KPIs like First Call Resolution (FCR), Accuracy, and Quality Scores.

4. Process Updates and Communication

• Keep abreast of changes in health insurance policies, regulations, and TPA services, ensuring timely communication with the teams.
• Conduct briefings and huddles to disseminate process updates effectively.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with the operations and quality teams to align training programs with business objectives.
• Participate in regular discussions with the key stakeholders to strategize learning interventions.

6. Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure that all training programs adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Prepare and present monthly training reports and dashboards.

Skills:

• Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in delivering training sessions using various methods (classroom, online, on-the-job).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Analytical skills to interpret data and design effective interventions.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.

Preferred candidate profile

2 to 5 years of experience in training for BPO insurance processes, preferably in health insurance TPA services.

Qualification : Graduate/PG in any discipline (preferred: Science, Psychology).
