* MUST have Experience in NON IT Recruitment
* Candidate should be able to speak Hindi and English Language both fluently.
* Candidates should be between age 18 - 30 years.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin & Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR administrative tasks while also leading recruitment efforts to attract top talent. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge about payroll / pf - esi / salary
Monitor hiring process as per requirement
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Help new joiners onboard
Documentation of new joining
Maintaining attendance on regular basis
Recruitment:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Post job openings on various platforms and manage the application process.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance
on best practices.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
Manage employee benefits administration and respond to inquiries regarding HR policies.
Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR administration and recruitment (1+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
