We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HR Executive to join our team at AnyNews. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR functions, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handling employee queries and providing timely solutions.
• Assisting in performance management, employee relations, and engagement activities.
• Administering payroll, attendance, and leave management.
• Maintaining accurate HR records and reports.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR software/tools.
• Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
