Salary issue, career growth is slow.

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

As a HR, MDINDIA is the good company to gain a various knowledge. I love my team they always support me, help me, encourage me. My colleagues come from various cultural background & we work happily in collaboration. My AGM'S, Managers, Senior they always help to find better solution of any problem. Iam also like my company policy. I also like employee rehire police here.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It's a good place for the fresher's and married women. Fresher can gain some system knowledge and they may can learn about the peoples. Most of the teams haven't work pressure. So it will be a calm work atmosphere.

Dislikes

Here we can't able to growth in our field. And the working experience will not be consider in such other fields. We can't able to enhance our self . They will not provide proper hike and posting. The higher post employees they will not give such basis respect to sub level employees. They will treat them like a slave and use some unmannered words.
