Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Implement an "always-on" hiring approach, leveraging predictive workforce planning to recruit proactively.
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions while prioritizing tasks based on business needs.
  • Oversee manpower and capacity planning, ensuring alignment with the firms rapid growth trajectory.
  • Collaborate strategically with the Sales Team and Hiring Managers to define role requirements, quickly identify top talent, and translate hiring needs into actionable plans.
  • Analyze sourcing, engagement, and impact metrics, including revenue per employee, to continuously refine hiring strategies and team alignment.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to both the recruitment team and business leaders, enabling scalable hiring practices.
  • Foster skill development and career growth within the team, engaging in regular discussions about employee goals and advancement opportunities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to efficiently manage the recruitment process, proactively addressing challenges, process gaps, and potential delays.
  • Conduct talent mapping and competitor analysis to gain market intelligence.
  • Serve as an escalation point for process deviations, compliance issues, and feedback resolution.
  • Build and maintain a network of industry professionals and potential candidates.
  • Re-engage and optimize the existing candidate database to maximize hiring opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-paced, technology-driven company.
  • Strong Root Cause Analysis skills to identify and resolve hiring challenges.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured, process-driven mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, able to manage multiple hiring needs effectively.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving priorities.
  • Data-driven decision-maker, using analytics to shape hiring strategies and optimize outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Creative problem solver with an innovative, solution-oriented mindset.
