Requirements- Candidate must have hands on experience in Non-Tech hiring, Stakeholder management; Data Management; Strategic Planning.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle and talent acquisition best practices.
- Experience with various sourcing channels and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Data-driven and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
