Job Description

Job Summary.
The Cluster Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations within a designated cluster of properties.
This includes managing kitchen staff, ensuring high-.
quality food preparation, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and controlling kitchen costs across multiple properties.
The role requires a.
combination of strategic leadership, creativity in menu design, and the ability to deliver consistent quality across different sites..
Key Responsibilities.
Leadership & Staff Management:.
Lead, motivate, and manage the culinary teams across all locations within the cluster..
Train, and develop kitchen staff, ensuring a high level of culinary skills and customer service..
Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations..
Ensure consistent communication and collaboration between kitchen teams across locations..
Menu Development & Innovation.
Create, develop, and implement innovative menus that reflect the brands identity and target customer preferences..
Ensure menus are regularly updated with seasonal ingredients, food trends, and customer feedback..
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food across all properties..
Quality Control & Standards.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to ensure consistency and quality..
Ensure adherence to the companys food safety and sanitation standards..
Conduct regular kitchen inspections to maintain a safe and clean environment..
Ensure portion control, correct food storage, and proper handling practices..
Cost Control & Budgeting.
Develop and manage food budgets for each property, ensuring cost control without compromising quality..
Monitor and manage food inventory to minimize waste and ensure efficient purchasing..
Analyze food costs and work on strategies to optimize expenses while maintaining profitability..
Collaboration & Coordination.
Collaborate with the management teams at each location to ensure that the culinary offerings align with the overall guest experience..
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality ingredients are consistently available across locations..
Participate in strategic planning meetings to align the culinary vision with the companys business goals..
Customer Experience.
Ensure that the culinary offerings meet the highest standards of guest satisfaction..
Address customer feedback, especially concerning food quality or dining experience, in a professional manner..
Create special events, seasonal offerings, and promotions that elevate the dining experience and brand image..
Health & Safety Compliance.
Ensure kitchens comply with all health and safety regulations and industry standards..
Lead staff training on food hygiene, health and safety practices, and emergency procedures..
