Talent Acquisition Specialist / Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IP-related roles, including Patent Analysts, IP Associates, IP Managers, and other IP functions.
  
• Source, screen, and interview candidates with expertise in Intellectual Property (patents, trademarks, copyrights, etc).
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide effective talent solutions.
  
• Post job openings, review applications, and conduct interviews to assess candidates suitability for IP positions.
  
• Provide candidates with detailed information about the roles, the company, and the benefits of working with us.
  
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and track the recruitment process using ATS platforms (eg, Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  
• Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to enhance recruitment strategies.
  
• Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Partner with external IP recruitment agencies when necessary and maintain relationships with key IP industry professionals.
  
• Coordinate with HR and other internal teams for smooth onboarding of new hires.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on IP hiring (patents, trademarks, copyrights, etc).
  
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IP roles, terminologies, and skillsets.

Skills:

• Expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing IP professionals.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with IP law firms or IP outsourcing companies.
• Familiarity with IP laws, processes, and terminologies.
