Job Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and create tailored solutions.
Develop and deliver scalable LD strategies aligned with business goals.
Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and leadership programs.
Manage external training vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Foster a culture of continuous learning using dynamic tools and platforms.
Measure and optimize training effectiveness using relevant metrics.
Stay updated on LD trends and adjust strategies proactively.
Requirements
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in HR or LD with a minimum of 2 years in a full-time facilitation role.

Proven ability to create and deliver impactful training programs.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
Proficiency in using modern LD tools and learning management systems (LMS).
