Fueling Brains Academy is an early learning center for the kids ages 0- 6 years with 10 campuses across North America

At Fueling Brains Academy we are currently looking to hire an HR recruiter to support on-site Academies in Canada and USA.

Supporting our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings in Canada & USA by sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, and filing paperwork. He or She will also be responsible for onboarding the new employees .

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and will be detail-oriented and up-to-date with employment legislation.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Identifying current and future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Attracting suitable candidates through online employment forums, social media and companys talent pool etc.
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
• Conducting in-person interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best match the open positions.
• Completing paperwork for new hires.
• Onboarding the new hires and helping them transition into their new roles comfortably.
• Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
• Providing recruitment updates to department managers.
• Creating HR documents such as policies, job descriptions, forms, reports etc.
• Strong grasp of employees benefit plan and experience of handling benefits documentation and responding to the benefits related employee queries in a professional manner.

Essential skills and experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
• Strong recruitment background in the field of Early childhood education within the public and private schools.
• 3-4 years of experience with recruitment processes and databases.
• The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
• A working knowledge of employment laws and legislation.
• This is fulltime work from home role with timings starting from 7pm to 3am
• The candidate must have 25mbps of internet, dedicated office space and laptop
• Experience working with Google Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
