APPLICATION SUPPORT

Essential Qualification:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with product documentation, user guides, and online help resources.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in customer support or technical support.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Desirable Qualification:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
  • Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and ongoing usage of the product.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Proactively identify patterns in customer issues and report findings to the product development team.
  • Ensure that customer issues are handled efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Ensure technical issues are logged and resolved in a timely manner, tracking progress through our support system.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams (such as Product, Engineering, and Sales) to address customer concerns and contribute to product improvements.
  • Identify and escalate issues that require advanced technical support or managerial intervention.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, FAQs, and other resources to help customers find self-service solutions.
  • Engage in proactive communication with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent potential issues.
  • Track and report on customer feedback, contributing to continuous product improvement.
  • Strong understanding of processes and follow-up procedures
  • Adhere to SLA and provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
