Role & responsibilities:

• Overseeing operations and maintaining efficiency.
• Supervising and managing daily activities on the floor.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the assigned area.
• Coordinating with staff to optimize workflow and customer service.
• Assigning tasks to staff and ensuring they are completed efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment for both customers and employees.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborating with management to implement improvements and optimize processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Previous experience in a supervisory role will be preffered.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high standards.
