Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Events Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of our events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable experiences, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that our events align with our brand and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning & Strategy:
- Develop and implement event strategies that support overall business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design event concepts and themes.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the events team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Assign tasks and ensure accountability for project deliverables.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
3. Vendor Management:
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure quality and compliance with contracts and agreements.
4. Logistics Coordination:
- Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, and transportation.
- Ensure all events comply with legal, health, and safety regulations.
5. Marketing & Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.
- Develop event collateral, including invitations, programs, and signage.
6. Evaluation & Reporting:
- Collect and analyze feedback post-events to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on event performance and ROI.
