Head - Events - VC Firm (5-10 yrs)

- Plan, organize, and execute high-quality events, including conferences, hackathons, networking events, round tables etc.

- Collaborate with different stakeholders to define event goals, strategies and execute from start to finish ensuring overall success of the event.

- Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics and syncing with Finance for approvals.

- Onboarding and managing contracts with vendors to ensure a high quality and curated standard of events.

- Coordinate all event-related activities and oversee on-site execution including registration, different setups, including vendor coordination, troubleshooting etc.

- Conduct a detailed post-event analysis, gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Managing and updating the database for relevant invites to lightspeed events, segregated by VIP's and others.
