Vice President - Strategy & Operations - IIT/NIT/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (8-14 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Excellence: Identify inefficiencies, design scalable solutions, and optimize processes to improve performance.

- Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects, ensuring alignment across departments.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in consulting, high-growth startups, or strategy roles in B2C/B2B commerce, FMCG, logistics, retail, or related industries.

- Educational Background: MBA/advanced degree from Tier-1 institutes such as IIMs, ISB, IITs, or global equivalents.

- Leadership: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage stakeholders across multiple domains.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities with a track record of solving complex business challenges.

- Execution Expertise: Hands-on experience in implementing strategies that drive scalable growth.
