Admission Manager

In this role, you will play a key part in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, from providing timely information and application support to conducting engaging webinars and campus tours. You will also assist in organizing admissions events, maintain CRM systems, and collaborate closely with marketing and academic teams to align efforts with institutional goals.

What you will do:

• Lead Engagement: Assist prospective students throughout the admissions process, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information.
• Application Support: Guide applicants on completing applications, preparing necessary documents, and meeting admission requirements.
• Information Sessions: Conduct webinars, Q&A sessions, and campus tours to provide prospective students with detailed program insights.
• Outreach Travel: Travel to different cities on weekends to conduct admissions information sessions and engage with potential students.
• Follow-Up: Maintain systematic follow-ups with leads to ensure a smooth admissions process. ● CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems to track applicant progress and maintain accurate records.
• Excel Proficiency: Perform data entry and analysis using Excel to manage admissions data.
• Communication: Effectively communicate via email, phone, and in person to answer inquiries and provide support.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align admissions activities with overall goals.
• Admissions Events: Assist in organizing and executing admissions events, including open houses and information sessions.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on admissions metrics and progress for internal review.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic Excel functions.

• Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday in a fast-paced environment, with weekend travel as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role or related field.
