Lead organizational development initiatives such as employee feedback, performance management etc
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
In partnership with Talent Acquisition, ensure a positive and effective candidate and hiring team experience. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support the attraction, selection, and onboarding of new hires.
Design, plan and execute employer branding initiatives in partnership with the marketing and communications team
Drive HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity, including employee communication and recognition programs.
Guiding line managers on performance management, helping them navigate organizational and people-related issues, and optimizing the organizational structure to enhance productivity and performance. Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of culture and learning & development initiatives.
Support the execution of culture surveys and data review
Conduct annual training and development need assessment. Carrying out capability assessments across the organization
Driving a culture of continuous professional development and facilitate training and development programs
Collaborate with business leaders to carry out capability assessments, identify external professional development opportunities.
Stay current on HR trends and best practices and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
