Job Description

Provide support and guidance on all HR-related matters to the assigned business units and help drive the achievement of their goals and objectives through effective HR planning, execution, and follow-up. Provides HR operational support to managers which will ensure that HR deliver the talent and performance necessary for achieving business goals. Maintain an effective level of business literacy about the BU\u2019s financial position, business plans, its culture and competition. Working closely with the Chief People Officer, partners across the business functions to assist managers and employees at all stages of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, training and development, rewards.
 
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and priorities and provide support in the areas of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and development.

  • Lead organizational development initiatives such as employee feedback, performance management etc

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

  • In partnership with Talent Acquisition, ensure a positive and effective candidate and hiring team experience. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support the attraction, selection, and onboarding of new hires.

  • Design, plan and execute employer branding initiatives in partnership with the marketing and communications team

  • Drive HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity, including employee communication and recognition programs.

  • Guiding line managers on performance management, helping them navigate organizational and people-related issues, and optimizing the organizational structure to enhance productivity and performance. Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.

  • Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of culture and learning & development initiatives.

  • Support the execution of culture surveys and data review

  • Conduct annual training and development need assessment. Carrying out capability assessments across the organization

  • Driving a culture of continuous professional development and facilitate training and development programs

  • Collaborate with business leaders to carry out capability assessments, identify external professional development opportunities.

  • Stay current on HR trends and best practices and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
