Job Description
- Define architectural principles, design patterns and coding standards to ensure consistency, maintainability, and reusability of IT solutions.
- Assess and evaluate various technologies, platforms, frameworks, and tools to determine their suitability for the organizations IT landscape.
- Consider factors such as performance, scalability, security, compatibility, and cost effectiveness. Make recommendations and guide the selection of appropriate technologies.
- Strictly adhere to technology standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization.
- Design end-to-end solutions that align with business requirements and leverage Kafka, Kafka Streams, KSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes.
- Apply expertise in software design patterns to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of peripheral subjects such as data governance, ensuring data quality, availability, and security.
- Integrate security practices seamlessly into the development and operations lifecycle, fostering a DevSecOps culture.
Requirements- 10+ years of IT experience, 5+ years of working experience in technology development & implementation and/or migration projects with logistics domain knowledge.
- Fluent in microservice frameworks like C# .NET - ASP.NET or Java - Spring Boot.
- At least 4+ years of production experience in Complex Event processing systems (Ecommerce Solutions, claim management, Migration Projects including M&A etc.).
- Have strong hands- on experience in Angular/React, Java and/or C#, . NET, TypeScript and SQL.
- Has expertise with, or affinity for quickly adopting, related tools and technologies: Cloud (Azure/AWS), CI/CD, (Open) API, containerisation, event architecture, just to name a few.
- Extensive experience in developing Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views, Cursors, Joins, database objects, Sub Queries/Inline view.
- Experience in developing JSON schemas, and respective usage/development of producer/consumer and KStream application using schemas.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
- Ability to write high-quality, maintainable code in .Net for proof of concept and prototype development.
- Ability to understand networking concepts such as Firewall, DNS, load balanacer.
- Familiar with security certificates and protocols such as WAF, authentitication and authorization OATH2 concepts.
- Experience with Azure Cloud services / AWS Solutions and understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment.
- 10+ years of IT experience, 5+ years of working experience in technology development & implementation and/or migration projects with logistics domain knowledge.
