Manage all administration including: Employee documentation, health and safety records, data collection and analysis, invoices, reward, recognition and engagement programs etc. Maintain HRIS and SAP with organizational information and employee records. Manage payroll, working with our provider to submit, upload, review and ensure audit records are accurate. Manage the process for PF, ESI, PT, actuarial evaluation in line with our legal obligations and company policy.
Support and advise on employee relation topics in line with company policy and legal requirements as and when required; including but not limited to Disciplinary/Grievance, performance management, strategic projects etc.
Support our Talent Acquisition Team with India recruitment and take ownership of the recruitment process for some roles on an ad hoc basis. Ensure policies and procedures are up to date with employment legislation and managed throughout the organization. Ensure and maintain all records for various audits ISO, et al, and inspections by local authority. Work closely with Admin team to ensure all compliance for all locations.
Education/Experience/Skills Required:
Graduate with post graduation in HRMS Ability to manage a busy work load efficiently. A positive attitude to change and challenges. Experience of using SAP and or other HRIS is mandatory. Experience of using external payroll advantageous.
