Mep Modeller

Role & responsibilities

• Model MEP systems using Revit MEP and create accurate drawings, 3D models, and layouts for building systems.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to ensure designs integrate seamlessly with the architectural and structural plans.
• Provide technical support to team members and assist with troubleshooting any modelling or coordination issues.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure designs meet building codes, client specifications, and project deadlines.
• Update and revise MEP models based on project requirements and feedback from engineers and architects.
• Ensure the documentation, drawings, and models comply with company and industry standards.
• Produce detailed and accurate material schedules, reports, and quantity take-offs for MEP systems.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with previous experience in MEP modeling for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Individuals with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with international standards and best practices in MEP modeling.
