Front Office Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally, maintaining a welcoming reception area.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt responses.
• Attend and manage the MDs calls efficiently, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls while maintaining confidentiality.
• Act as a communication link between departments, organizing and following up on team meetings and assigned tasks.
• Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative documentation, assisting in HR and operational tasks as needed.
• Organize the MDs calendar, travel plans, and business engagements, preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Communicate fluently in English and South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) to assist in translation and coordination.
• Ensure confidentiality in all communications, handling sensitive matters professionally.

Preferred candidate profile

• Anglo-Indian preferred (or fluent in English)
• Multi-Language Proficiency South Indian languages preferred
• Strong organizational & multitasking skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in front office/admin roles
