We are looking for a female resource who can manage front office and handle the office administration.

Responsibilities

• Travel booking.
• Front Office Management
• office coordination activities.
• handling of onsite staff queries.
• Raising POs for office requirements.
• Coordination for Contract sign off process.
• Coordinating for departmental trainings and activities.
• Good knowledge of excel and word.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders.

Candidate must be from facilities management, should be exceptionally good in communication as this is mainly a Peoples management role. She should be good in computer that she will be required to make a lot of reports in Excel Word and PPT.
