Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Job Posting & Sourcing: Use job portals, social media, and networking to attract candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Candidate Engagement: Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Employer Branding: Promote the companys culture and values to attract top talent.
• Offer & Onboarding: Negotiate job offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: MBA (HR preferred)
• Location: Currently residing in Chennai or Bangalore
• Skills Required:
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)
• Good understanding of recruitment strategies and hiring trends
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software is a plus
