Role & responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design & Planning: Develop architectural designs and detailed plans based on client requirements.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to execute projects efficiently.
• Drafting & Visualization: Create sketches, 3D models, and detailed drawings using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Building Codes & Compliance: Ensure designs meet local regulations, safety standards, and zoning laws.
• Material Selection: Research and recommend appropriate materials for cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
• Site Visits & Inspections: Monitor construction progress to ensure projects align with design specifications.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with interior designers, structural engineers, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution
• Location: Currently residing in Chennai or Bangalore
• Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction techniques
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
• Ability to visualize and present design concepts effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
