These positions require a motivated, detail oriented experienced BIM or Revit modeler. Includes 3D modelling, Scan to BIM and coordination for building projects.

Job Description: Junior Project Engineer-VDC (0-2 Years' Experience in BIM)(Arch & Str - Preferably Night Shift)

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Basic understanding of REVIT Structure, AutoCAD Architecture, and their supporting technologies.

- Strong understanding of architectural and structural concepts.

- Ability to create 3D views or renderings for marketing or project-specific use as required. - -
- Strong understanding of architectural and structural concepts.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to draft professional emails and communicate effectively with clients and team
members.

- Morning or Night Shift. Flexibility to work morning or night shifts as per project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Structural Engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience working with BIM, REVIT, or AutoCAD tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Description : Project Engineer - VDC (3+ Years' Experience in BIM)(MEPF - Morning Shift)

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Looking for Revit Expert and use advanced tools such as Navisworks for project collaboration across multiple disciplines in a BIM environment

- Manage project workflows, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards

- Provide leadership to the BIM team, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure the
efficient execution of BIM processes across the project lifecycle.

- Understanding of architectural, structural, and MEPF systems and their technical requirements.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively coordinate with internal
teams, clients, and other stakeholders.

- Project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates to senior management and clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in BIM with a focus on MEPF systems.
• Proficiency in REVIT, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery.

Job Description : Senior Project Engineer - VDC (4+ Years' Experience in BIM)(MEPF - Morning Shift)

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Expert in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) Collection tools, with a deep understanding of software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

- Lead the development, management, and organization of BIM models, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all project documentation.

- Ensure that all BIM documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and effectively communicated to relevant teams and stakeholders.

- Strong technical knowledge in integrating Architecture, Structural, and MEPF systems into BIM models.

- Should have an idea of Software's limitations.

- Good Communication and Project Management Skills.

Qualifications:
