Role Overview

We are seeking a BIM Modeler Revit MEP Specialist to work on US-based projects, collaborating with senior management to deliver high-quality, clash-free construction models.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D BIM Models in Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP from construction drawings.
• Create 2D installation drawings, including floor plans, sections, and details.
• Perform clash detection and generate reports using Navisworks.
• Utilize BIM360, Bluebeam, and other coordination tools.
• Ensure QA/QC standards in all BIM deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM/VDC trends and software.

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in Revit MEP & BIM Modeling.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelors in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Skills Required:
• Proficiency in Revit MEP & AutoCAD MEP (Mandatory).
• Experience with Navisworks, BIM360, and Bluebeam.
• Expertise in clash detection & coordination.
• Strong communication & teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail & high design standards.
