Job Title: BIM Architect/Modeler.

Job Summary: The BIM Architect/Modeler will utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to develop detailed 3D and 2D models and coordinate with project teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the design and construction phases. This role involves collaborating with architects to integrate and manage BIM data optimize designs, and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM models align with project requirements and standards.

Coordinate with architects to integrate and resolve conflicts in the BIM model.

Perform clash detection and resolve issues identified in BIM models.

Assist in generating construction documentation and visualizations from BIM models.

Ensure compliance with BIM standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Support project management with project scheduling and cost estimation based on BIM data.

Stay updated with the latest BIM software and technologies, and propose improvements to modeling processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).

Strong understanding of architectural and sub desciplines

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Certification or training in BIM methodologies and software.

Experience with project management tools and techniques.

Knowledge of construction practices and building codes.

Work Environment:

Typically office-based with occasional site visits.

May involve working on multiple projects simultaneously.
