APPLICATION OPEN FOR ONLY FACADE EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES

Key Responsibilities

• 3D BIM Modelling, Revit modelling, 3D building modelling.
• Develop design submissions from information received from various formats (Sketches, BIM Execution Plans, architectural drawings, AutoCAD drawings, PDFs etc
• Responsible for Model sharing and collaboration using BIM 360.
• Responsible for creating, developing, and extracting 2D documentations from Models. Develop BIM Models, Construction Drawings, and parametric Revit families - Quality checking BIM projects- Communicating with clients where required.
• Performing Clash detection using NAVISWORK and making necessary corrections.
• Should have designed and modelled buildings , worked with Revit families and components, and can build very sophisticated models.
• Should have a strong background working with and managing drafting teams, overseeing project deliverables, and coaching other teammates in technical and process-related aspects.

Your skills and experience

• Interest in built environment and total relevant experience of 2-5 yrs., including working in the REVIT Structures & façade modelling.
• Good communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Preferred Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Architecture/ Diploma in Civil Engineering / Certificate Course.
