Senior Manager - Trade Marketing

Skill Sets Required:

- 8-12 years of experience with minimum 3-4 years Sales Experience and 5 Years' experience in Trade/Customer Marketing in Regional Trade Marketing role in FMCG industry.

- Proven track record in Regional Trade Marketing program designing & executions.

- Strong Vendor management skills.

- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

- Strong analytical & data management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize & execute sales development activities, sales policies, processes, reporting data analytics to deliver Short term & Long term goals.

- Lead the agenda of Sales automation in the region along with the IT partner.

- Identify and activate market level growth opportunities through improved channel mix & product mix.

- Planning & delivery of trade initiatives such as Displays, Contests, Schemes, Outlet Branding activities, Wholesale & Retail loyalty program.

- Planning and organizing periodical on-ground/promotional activities, events & special marketing activities.

- Manage the trade spend budgets, track & review ROI on a monthly basis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - finance, supply chain, HR for S&OP, Incentive programs, third party merchandizer program management.

- Lead the thinking on Regional S&D strat plan and periodically review the same with Region.
