We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the Training team as an Executive/Sr. Executive. This role is designed for someone with a passion for training and developing employees, particularly sales staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training programs focused on product knowledge and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Designing and Implementing Training Programs:

• Develop and implement training initiatives specifically tailored for field-based sales employees, focusing on product knowledge and sales strategies.
• Design training programs that align with the companys objectives, ensuring they cover essential areas such as product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Customize training modules for new managers to develop leadership, communication, and operational skills essential for their roles in the field.
• Ensure that training programs are engaging, up-to-date, and meet the needs of employees across different regions.

• Providing Field-Based Coaching and Support:

• Offer hands-on coaching and support to field-based sales employees, helping them apply training concepts in real-world situations.
• Provide on-the-ground guidance and address any challenges employees may encounter while implementing sales strategies and product knowledge in the field.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training sessions through regular check-ins and field visits, offering feedback and troubleshooting issues.
• Work directly with field managers and employees to improve their understanding of the product and enhance their sales performance.

• Continuous Training Needs Assessment:

• Regularly assess training needs through feedback, field reports, and performance reviews to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.
• Identify knowledge gaps or areas requiring additional focus and create tailored programs to address these needs.

• Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of all training activities, employee progress, and feedback.
• Prepare reports for management detailing training effectiveness, areas for improvement, and suggestions for further development.

• Collaboration with Other Teams:

• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure training content aligns with the latest product developments, marketing strategies, and market needs.
• Work closely with managers to identify potential coaching opportunities and ensure consistent knowledge dissemination across the team.
