Job Description

Key Responsibilities

A Talent Acquisition (TA) focuses on the full life cycle of recruiting, including succession planning, sourcing, candidate screening, management training, legal compliance, and reporting. The TAS works with line management and the Human Resources department to plan for hiring and internal candidate development.

Talent acquisition refers to the process of identifying and acquiring skilled workers to meet your organizational needs. The talent acquisition team is responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, hiring and increasingly also onboarding candidates to fill open positions within a company. Employer branding, future resource planning, diversifying a companys labour force, and developing a robust candidate pipeline are the cornerstones of talent acquisition.”

  • Advise management on interviewing, hiring, and candidate evaluation
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to the candidate cycle, including reporting to governmental agencies and internal clients
  • Serve on the succession planning team
  • Work with the compensation department to determine a market rate salary for each new hire.
  • Provide guidance and forecasting for future hiring needs
  • Coordinate with respective functional heads to define recruitment requirements, job specifications, interview processes.
  • Manage recruitment lifecycle for various tech posts and recruiting for mid management and sr. management positions.
  • Proficiency in bulk hiring, campus hiring & freelancers hirings.
  • Maximize ROI on recruitment costs and increase recruitment efficiencies.
  • Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to source 'A' players from colleges, workplaces, databases.
  • Define and implement creative marketing strategies and campaigns to attract top talent from the industry & company branding also.
  • Ideate and create relevant material for marketing our businesses to potential candidates.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of A1 recruitment specialists.
  • Create a sustainable talent acquisition strategy • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities

Skills Required

  • Have good communication skills - written and spoken.
  • Knowledge & experience in end-to-end recruitment complete life cycle from Sourcing to until onboarding.
  • Job description creation

Technical/Functional Proficiency Required

  • Presentation skills, Employee engagement skills.

A talent acquisition should have the following qualifications:


  • A degree in Human Resources Management, business administration, or a relevant, related field
  • Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition with leading a team or similar experience in an HR role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of human resources laws
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri etc.
  • Ability to multitask work.
  • Knowledge of various interviewing methods
