Talent Acquisition Lead - Andheri East Mumbai

The Talent Acquisition is responsible for recruitment of the white-collar employee hiring and responsible in Linfox India. The position will be primarily based at HO, Mumbai and provide management, leadership and direction around white-collar employee recruitment PAN India This position report to the National Manager- HR.

• Handling leadership hiring individually, doing competency mapping based hiring, Skilled in industry analysis, competitor mapping and network/ reference-based hiring,
• Manage seasonal campus hiring- PAN India, Managing Lateral hiring, Bulk Hiring and Strategic hiring basis requirement, End to End Recruitment (Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, initial screening, Interview Coordination, on roll Off roll Blue Collar White Collar PAN India (Across all department)
• Ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Part of Technical / HR Interview Panel and experience in Salary Negotiations and closing the Recruitment Life Cycle.
• Salary negotiations with All positions of employees and issuing offer letter.
• Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Dashboard management
• talent from diverse sources with the predefined TAT at regional level.
• Letter Offer/Appointment /Warning /Absconding, issuing finalize JD of floor employees.
• Maintain Monthly Region Manpower Cost (MRMC)
• Operation Support Manpower Hiring /Firing and implemented SOP.
• Issuing ID Cards, sitting and system arrangement with IT Asset.
• Background Verification
• Preparation of organization structure in coordination with HR Heads and line managers, preparing the Job description, multi-channel sourcing, closing – loops within TAT by managing recruitment team.
• Ensure all phases of recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, offer, reference and background check are properly coordinated, coordinated, monitored, tracked and executed.
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
