Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and their families warmly, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Provide patients with information about hospital services, policies, and procedures to enhance their understanding and comfort.
• Explain billing procedures, clarify charges, and assist patients in understanding their medical bills and insurance coverage etc.
• Guide patients through payment options, financial assistance programs, and insurance claims processes.
• Address patient complaints and concerns promptly, employing problem-solving skills to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
• Collect and document patient feedback on their experiences, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with billing, admissions, and clinical teams to ensure accurate information sharing and coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, concerns, and resolutions to contribute to ongoing service improvements.

For Billing & Credit Control Department, candidates should be open for rotational shift (including night shift).
