Front Office/Guest Relations Executive

Please note: This is weekend working job.

Job Location: Kandivali & Mulund

Role & responsibilities:

• To respond and direct customer queries to the sales representative and assign a customer

to the Sales Representative in the site office.

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Gather feedback from the customer for the site experience
• Supervise the upkeep of the sales office and administration and Monitor office expenses and costs
• Monitor office supplies and keep updated MIS records and files
• Maintains security by following procedures
