Guest Relation Executive/ Front office

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily front office operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients, visitors, and staff.
• Greet and assist clients and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate concerns to the appropriate team member when necessary.
• Maintain and update accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and communications in compliance with company policies.
• Organize and file necessary documentation for front office operations.
• Provide administrative assistance to the real estate team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence.
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support ongoing projects and events.
• Ensure the availability of office supplies and maintain the reception area's tidiness.
• Assist with general office tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and handling courier services.
