Guest Relation Executive

Role & responsibilities

• The person will be responsible for managing the Front Desk Reception.
• Meet and Greet visitors / candidates / guests / customers.
• Track inward and outward courier.
• Attend calls, take messages and direct the calls to the correct department / end user.
• Maintain the decorum and upkeep of the conference rooms / reception area.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have handled similar role in the past experience.

Should be presentable and good command over communication.

Excellent communication skills.
