Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Oversee CRM tools, analytics, and customer data to provide actionable insights.
- Enhance customer experiences through personalized journeys and loyalty programs.
- Lead the CRM team and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with data regulations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 8-12 years of CRM experience with leadership exposure.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and team management skills.
