Product Manager

Role & responsibilities

As a Product Manager at Amorphic, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product. You will be responsible for guiding the development of our product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring our offerings meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive the successful launch and ongoing improvement of our products.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy and Vision :

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Product Development :

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Oversee the product development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Stakeholder Management :

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product-related matters.
• Present product updates, roadmap, and performance metrics to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers. Monitor and analyze product performance using key metrics and KPIs.

Product Performance and Analytics :

• Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance product performance.
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree in Business from (MBA or equivalent) Tier I B-school.
• 6+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience working in a product-based company is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem - solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Data Analytics products is a plus.
