Product Manager

Product Development and Execution:

• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring that product managers effectively define, prioritize, and deliver high-quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product development and delivery.
• Ensure that product managers define clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications, aligning them with customer needs and business objectives.
• Monitor and manage the product development process, addressing any issues or risks impacting timelines or product quality.
• Should have an understanding of risk and fraud management.

Strategic Planning and Roadmapping:

• Develop and communicate a strategic product roadmap that aligns with the overall product vision and business objectives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment of product strategies with the company's overall strategic direction.
• Continuously evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and adjust the product roadmap as needed.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

• Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, customers, and partners, to ensure alignment and support for product strategies.
• Communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective and transparent communication channels.
• Advocate for the product management function within the organization, influencing decision-making and securing necessary resources and support.

Product Performance Analysis and Optimization:

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of the product portfolio.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Make data-driven decisions and provide strategic recommendations for product enhancements, iterations, and new feature development.
• Collaborate with data analytics teams to gather insights, conduct user research, and validate hypotheses.

Industry and Market Expertise:

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to ensure the company remains innovative.
• Develop deep domain expertise in the target market, customer personas, and user needs to drive customer-centric product development.
• Represent the company and product at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
