Job Description

Job Title: Closing Team Leader Real Estate Sales

Budget: Open to discuss

Multiple Job Locations: Dombivli, Chembur, Bandra & Kanjurmarg

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Closing Team Leader with over 6 years of experience in managing high-performing sales teams in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving deal closures, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a core sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Oversee the end-to-end deal closure process, ensuring high conversion rates and seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve closing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and lead generation teams to optimize lead quality and align with sales goals.
  • Train and coach team members on sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and generate actionable insights to drive team productivity.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the real estate market, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical sales practices.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales progress and team performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing sales teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, customer behavior, and closing strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
