Manager - Estimation

Objective of the role: The purpose of this role is to ensure accurate estimation & costing of present and future projects and prepare cost-review statements of various project.

Location : Mumbai/Thane

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To assist seniors in preparing preliminary budget estimate for proposed projects based on the advance/ schematic drawings/ views etc.
• To coordinate with contracts, architecture, purchase and sites for drawings, details of contracts awarded, rates of various items, finishing and construction material
• To monitor detailed cost estimate of a project and review the same time to time
• To make comparative statements for projects, cost review statements, reconciliation & cash flow statements
• To suggest various cost saving measures with respect to design, material or services
• To monitor all material consumption and labor contracts in SAP through team members
• To monitor cost through regular site visits, coordination with contracts team for new work orders through SAP, checking rates in the WO & PO on to see whether the rates are within budget/estimate
• To guide and motivate the team members
