Senior Executive - Project Coordination

1. To coordinate for conducting pre-construction activities like land survey, geo-technical investigation, ground water survey etc.

2. Structural, Geo-technical, Plumbing and Fire-Fighting designs are in line with the Architectural intent whilst ensuring effective and optimum design, construction feasibility, codal conformance

3. Design Basis Report, project specifications, BOQ, drawings submitted by consultant / internal stakeholders, tender documents are in accordance with project requirements,

4. Co-ordination and review of drawings to be released for regulatory approvals, tendering, execution etc. and released in co-ordination with stakeholders

5. Requirements of the various regulatory approvals like Ministry of Environment and Forest clearance (MOEF), High Rise, Fire NOC, Water supply and drainage remarks etc. are translated in the drawings.

6. Study reports on new product, methods enabling ease and accuracy in operations to be reviewed

7. Review consultants drawings for cost, constructability and critical items, implement changes by proposing effective solutions, problem resolution by conducting workshops and meetings.

8. Work closely with construction management function and ensure availability of all drawings, details in advance for uninterrupted construction
Visit sites for progress review and resolution of CM team’s queries.

9. Administration of consultant’s scope of services and bill certification
