Product Development Specialist - Pharma (10-20 yrs)

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team and help drive the development of cutting-edge pharmaceutical products that improve patient care worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development: Lead the development of new pharmaceutical products from concept to commercialization, including formulation, testing, and regulatory approval.

Formulation & Testing: Work on the formulation, stability, and compatibility testing of new products. Ensure product quality meets regulatory standards and guidelines.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and marketing, to ensure seamless product development and successful market launch.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product development activities comply with local and international regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH, GMP) and work closely with regulatory affairs for submissions.

Project Management: Oversee product development timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring the project stays on track and within budget.

Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to guide the development of innovative and competitive products.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks in product development processes and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of the development process, including formulations, testing protocols, and regulatory submissions. Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Key Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in product development within the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in formulation development, clinical trials, and regulatory submissions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (Master's degree or PhD is a plus).

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product development processes

- Expertise in formulation development and product testing

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH)

- Excellent project management and organizational skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
