Job Title: Eyecare Marketing Lead
Job Purpose
Lead the marketing efforts for a therapy segment by developing and implementing strategic and promotional plans for assigned brands. Focus on both short-term and long-term strategies with patient-centricity as the core principle. Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards while achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive top-line growth, market share, and bottom-line profitability for assigned brands/therapy segments.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to brand objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity using primary and secondary data.
- Monitor ROI on marketing strategies and adapt plans accordingly.
- Conduct market research to refine strategies and address market dynamics.
- Train and mentor field staff on disease knowledge, promotional material, and customer engagement.
- Support field teams with communication, handling objections, and managing key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including medical, training, supply chain, finance, and promotions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science with an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in business management.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
