- As the Director of Product at this Company, you will be responsible for informing, influencing, and owning our 15-step product development lifecycle: product roadmap, stakeholder request review, epic and story estimation, technical story requirements, software development, quality assurance/testing, deployment, and retrospective review.
- The goal is product-led growth via a squad based, agile engineering team.
- You will also work closely with the team to ideate and lead discussions pertaining to the continued development and architecture of the Company products as well as lead our engineering teams to ensure both consistency and quality across all software releases.
- In addition to developing and maintaining the Company product, you will work cross-functionally within the Company team to understand broader product and engineering initiatives and how the engineering team can have an impact on the shared vision of the business.
- This position reports directly to the SVP of Operations at ChartRequest.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and support the Product teams, including Business Analysts, Designers, Product Owners, and Product Managers alongside the Management Team.
- Cross-functionally support and assist the Sales, Marketing, Development, Operations, and Finance functions alongside the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
- Cross-functionally support and assist the Sales, Marketing, IT Operations, and Finance functions alongside the ELT) to drive all Product-led Growth initiatives.
- Lead, manage, and support the Company Operating System a 16 Step Product/Development process in collaboration with the Head of Development from Stakeholder Interviews, Product Planning, Product Design, Product Development, QA, and Communication.
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling positioning and messaging for our SaaS products alongside the Vice President of Marketing, highlighting their unique value propositions, competitive advantages, and benefits to healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and sales, to gather insights and refine positioning.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to gain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including current trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market segmentation and identify target customer personas to inform product marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates.
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product launches.
- Define target market segments, create launch plans, and coordinate marketing activities to drive product adoption.
- Sales Enablement: Develop sales enablement materials, including product collateral, sales presentations, FAQs, and competitive analysis documents.
- Train the sales team on product features, benefits, and positioning to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell the SaaS products.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content marketing team to create compelling and educational content that demonstrates the value and capabilities of our SaaS products.
- This includes blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and other content formats that resonate with the target audience.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with customer success and support teams to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Develop strategies to engage and nurture existing customers, drive product adoption, and facilitate upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, including competitor products, pricing, messaging, and market positioning.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the product management team to ensure our products maintain a competitive edge.
- Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate awareness, drive demand, and increase product adoption.
- Leverage various marketing channels, such as digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and events, to reach target audiences effectively.
- Create new, and manage, existing Product & Development roadmaps, scorecards, and systems dashboards to measure, monitor, and improve key workflows, processes, and Product/Development KPIs (Google Sheets, Jira, Hubspot, Xero and other systems).
- Manage and support data drive decision making for Product-led growth.
- Collaborate with ELT and MGMT members to ensure that consistent, effective Product Release communication programs and processes exist throughout the organization and the Company User Community to drive behavioral change and Product-led Growth.
- Nurture, lead and manage the Company client-based Product Advisory Council alongside the Head of Product and the Head of Accounts.
- Represent the interests of our users and market throughout the product lifecycle by leveraging insights from user and market research to identify product enhancements and drive informed, user-centered decisions.
- Lead and manage weekly LVL10 departmental meetings and assistance with goal setting across your functional teams of Product & Development.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of B2B Product or Product Design Experience and experience targeting Enterprise customers, preferably in a growth environment (SaaS preferred).
- 5+ years managing Product professionals and building software products.
- Background in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems (Preferred).
- Experience mentoring product owners, managers, and analyst and influencing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly understand and communicate complex ideas to a diverse range of audiences.
- High-level attention to detail and organization with a pragmatic and logical approach to problem-solving and prioritization.
- Experience with EOS, LVL10 Meetings, and Rock Setting (Preferred).
